Heads you win, tails I lose. That is what that printed head trip amounts to. What a joke. Who is getting paid to put out crap like that?

Sounds like a bunch of baloney. Many words, no meaning. That’s what our tax dollars go to, adults spewing meaningless words to our kids. The principal should be embarrassed.

How embarrassing. These are the folks in charge of our children’s education?
It looks to me as if the principal is already showing the results of this WiFi biological experiment, namely significantly reduced cognitive function.
It also looks like they are scrambling for substance, much like a poorly-prepared middle school report. No actual thought, just some borrowing of material.
How ironic actually. When I stand back and look at this global agenda to place wireless in all schools, despite clear and irrefutable evidence that it is harmful, it reminds me of one noteworthy playwright’s original material.

“Bunch of fools” is correct. I want my tax dollars refunded for her salary.

It remains to be seen how much longer the truth about the effects of microwave EMF radiation on the health of children can be suppressed by denying the facts and the irrefutable evidence of thousands of studies. The time has come to expose those who continue to suppress it.

It is obvious to me how pitiful and lacking our educators are, especially since they are relying on a device for teaching. Their devotion to electronics is frightening.

This is a quote from a Fullerton resident: “Learning is a way of life, not an assemblage of facts.”
If you believe this, the role of technology in education is put in proper perspective. Technology should not factor large in our children’s learning.
#9 by let's be honest on June 22, 2013 - 7:21 am
Relying more heavily on technology to educate is just another scam by so-called educators. FSD, show the taxpayers how this heavy reliance on technology will benefit our children: WHERE ARE THE STUDIES, WHERE IS THE RESEARCH that tells us this is effective? On what basis can you claim that your one-to-one technology plan is effective? Where is the PROOF? What I know as a parent and taxpayer is that this is just another diversion by education. Isn’t California one of the lowest ranked of all the states? What a travesty and FSD you are just adding to it.

Fullerton School District, are you still keeping your fingers crossed that you are able to install all these health-damaging and learning destroying wifi classrooms in before the parents learn of all these controversies.
Think your butts are still covered legally just because the arcane law and the taxpayer paid legal counsel says you can?

As if the FSD not acknowledging the physical health harms from the wireless classrooms wasn’t enough, here is an article about what South Korean doctors are finding about dependence/overuse of these devices:
“Doctors in South Korea are reporting a surge in “digital dementia” among young people who have become so reliant on electronic devices that they can no longer remember everyday details like their phone numbers.”
SO, FSD, WHY ARE YOU INFLICTING “DIGITAL DEMENTIA” ON OUR KIDS BY INSISTING ON A ONE-TO-ONE PROGRAM????????
Here is the entire piece:

From that same article:
“Dr Spitzer warned that the deficits in brain development are irreversible and called for digital media to be banned from German classrooms before children become “addicted.”
FSD: “IRREVERSIBLE” !!!!!!!!!

I believe that the administration of the FSD and the FJUHSD are simply so used to following orders, grant writing, and planning their vacations, that they simply cannot deal with anyone from left or right field even if they caught the ball and showed it to them. We must continue to educate all involved as there is far more to this wireless barrage that just making kids go two dimensional, laying off teachers and making money for Apple.
I believe that the administration has no idea what they are involved in. I believe they are just very cowardly, lazy shallow people that can’t think for themselves anymore. It is not their fault. They are simply the product of the very secular humanist Prussian model educational system that they serve and continue to propagate. They are two dimensional thinkers and list verifiers.
The reason they have been bestowed with the positions that they have is because they are the epitome of what the system is designed to do to all of your children.
I will address the phenomenon of the board members’ bizarre behavior in all of this as the subject of a future post.

FSD: Are you trying to make our children dumber?
DOES THE INTERNET MAKE YOU DUMB? TOP GERMAN NEUROSCIENTIST SAYS YES – AND FOREVER
Digital media should be banned from classrooms
Stating that there have so far been no independent studies “that unequivocally establish that computers and screens in the classroom makes learning any more effective,” Spitzer goes so far as to recommend that digital media be banned from the classroom. Even more drastically, he writes: “In reality, using digital media in kindergarten or primary school is actually a way of getting children addicted.” Strong stuff for the generations who take computers and the Internet for granted, using them as a source of information and a space to communicate via social networks — and who enjoy doing so. The Internet has become the fourth cultural technology, alongside reading, writing and arithmetic.
Spitzer quotes Swiss pedagogue and educational reformer Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi (1746-1827), who wrote that the process of learning involves the heart along with the brain and the hands. He believes it would be better if kids learned finger games to help them deal with numbers, instead of relying on computers. In a country like Germany, whose major resource is smart people and innovative ideas, maybe we should be taking Spitzer’s warnings more seriously.

All of this technology was NEVER validated as a learning tool, and now we are having to fend off not only a harmful radiation environment but an unproven/detrimental learning tool for our kids.

Professor Greg Felker, a faculty member of the School of Humanities and Social Science at HKUST, in a round table experience sharing session with other colleagues on the topic of using technology in learning and teaching commented,
“If technology is the answer, then what is the question? … One has to find out why can’t we do without technology before we could make technology add values in our teaching. … Technology is neutral.”( IDEAS-OLT.2001.)

Why all of the experimentation in our schools? The dependence on wireless technology is an experiment in education. Does this keep the Pletka’s of the world relevant?
” . . . . state departments of public instruction actively encourage experimentation, but they make it extremely difficult to halt failed ideas and projects. Indeed, the promotion and tenure system rewards curriculum designers, textbook authors and education bureaucrats who sell “new ideas” and “cutting-edge” approaches to pedagogy. Many of the new ideas do not work, but once accepted in school curricula they are hard to get rid of.”
Remember the failed idea of “whole language” reading and writing educational program? Yep, it’s another educational experiment on the kids that FAILED. I wonder what would happen if they quit experimenting with our children’s education and just went back to plain teaching them.
